The Directors of CU Insurance Consultants Ltd have more than twenty years experience in business insurance, in particular Social Club and Commercial insurances.

We are Independent Intermediaries and act on behalf of our clients.

Our services include advising our clients on their insurance needs; arranging cover with insurers and helping clients with any ongoing requirements they may have.  We offer a wide range of commercial insurance products, available throughout the UK, from numerous insurers.

We are registered with the Financial Conduct Authority.

At CU Insurance Consultants Ltd we believe in customer service.  We don't think it is enough to rely on the use of modern technology alone without building and maintaining relationships with our clients.  Therefore, although we have the computer systems in place to maintain a competitive edge in the market place, we consider our ability to provide the 'personal touch' our most valuable asset.  This is something which large companies and direct insurers cannot imitate.

Complaints

Our aim is always to provide our customers with a first-class service. If you are disappointed for any reason let us know as soon as possible in writing to The Complaints Officer, C U Insurance Consultants Ltd, 1 Trevor Terrace, North Shields, Tyne & Wear, NE30 2DG or by telephone on 0191 2583838, or by fax on 0191 2583841.

If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction by the end of the next business day, we will formally investigate the matter. You will receive an acknowledgement of the matter together with a copy of our complaints procedure promptly and within 5 working days. We will investigate and provide a resolution as quickly as possible, informing you of a final response no later than 8 weeks thereafter.

If you are not happy with our response, or the position after a period of 8 weeks, you may be eligible to refer your complaint to the Financial Service (FOS) for an independent assessment and opinion.
