• Legal Costs (solicitors, barristers) to defend or pursue cases
• £100,000 limit (£25,000 for inland revenue and VAT investigations)
• Legal expenses for contractual disputes for amounts greater than £250

Directors & Officers

Directors and Officers of companies of all sizes have certain personal liabilities with the fiduciary duties of their position.  When directors are accused of breaching these duties, actions may be brought against them personally with devastating consequences even if they have done nothing wrong.  A common misconception is that directors of limited liability companies have limited personal liabilities, but this is not the case - directors' personal liabilities are unlimited.

Life & Loans Insurance

The policy covers Members' from 16 to 80

In the event of death from any cause, the policy pays for:-

Shares - Half the amount of the Members' Shares.

Loans - The outstanding balance of Loans due, less any arrears outstanding at the date of death.

There are no health conditions attached to the cover.
